Panadería y Taquería La Estrella is a dual-concept gem rooted right on Singleton Boulevard in West Dallas — a warm, family-run spot where the aroma of fresh-baked pan dulce greets you at the door and a full taqueria sizzles in the back.
We bake traditional pastries fresh every morning — conchas, bolillos, empanadas, puerquitos, and orejas — and serve hot street tacos all day long with your choice of meats, fresh salsas, and house-made tortillas. From breakfast to lunch, we've got you covered.
Come in, grab your tongs, fill a bag of pan dulce, and stay for a taco. This is the way it's been done on Singleton — and this is the way we'll keep doing it.
Daily Baked
Conchas in vanilla, chocolate & pink, bolillos, telera rolls, empanadas de calabaza, piña & cajeta, puerquitos, orejas, and galletas — all baked in-house from traditional recipes every single morning.
All Day
Served on fresh corn or flour tortillas with your choice of Pastor/Trompo, Barbacoa, Carnitas, Pollo, or Beef Fajita — topped with cilantro, onions, and house-made salsas. Also serving tortas, quesadillas, and gorditas.

Famous for our hand-decorated Tres Leches cakes — slices available daily, whole cakes by pre-order. We also craft custom birthday cakes for any celebration. Menudo and tamales available on weekends.
